Welcome to the 2016 Chamblee Charter High School Cross Country Season. It has been a busy off season for your coaches and booster club officers. With the growth in our program we have implemented a few changes:
1. Register your athlete(s) and yourself at the following site: http://www.chambleecrosscountry.siplay.com/site/
- You may pay by credit card on the site or with check
- Please make checks payable to: Chamblee Cross Country Booster Club
- Checks can be mailed to Chamblee Cross Country Booster Club, 5456 Peachtree Blvd #621, Chamblee, GA 30341 or given to Coach Felts or Coach Zuehlke
- If the athlete has more than one set of parents, each can register or add additional emails to the initial registration
- If you wish to become a sponsor you can make your donation through the site
2. File physical forms for your athlete on the dedicated GHSA/Chamblee medical clearance site: https://chambleebulldogs-ga.e-ppe.com
- Please register yourself first then add your athlete
- Upload the doctor’s portion of the physical and a copy of the front and back of your insurance card
- If necessary, please see a coach for assistance uploading your documents

3. Download the 2016 Sponsor Letter and Registration Form from the Handouts tab of this site. Decide on which of your favorite businesses you feel would like to sponsor our program. Contact David Magee at dgmagee@gmail.com to make sure that the company has not been solicited by another family. Once given the all clear from David proceed.
- One important note, we are not a 501(c)3 organization. If the tax deductibility of the donation is important to the sponsor please contact Pat Williams to coordinate a deductible donation.
We look forward to a great season and providing to top notch experience for athletes. The energy and enthusiasm of our squad is contagious. We hope you catch the fever and remember, “Meet Day is the Best Day!”
